BRAVO Orca Hunter — .50 Cal Solid Copper Muzzleloader Bullet (12-Pack)
378 grains of solid copper. One job: put the animal down.
The Orca Hunter is a full-bore .50 caliber conical, CNC lathe-turned from solid tellurium copper — no sabot, no lead core, no jacket. It loads directly on the bore the way western no-sabot seasons demand, and the bullet that leaves your muzzle is the bullet you pull out of the far side.
Why the Orca Hunter
• Full-bore, no sabot: Designed for restricted western muzzleloader seasons where sabots are illegal. Nothing to separate, nothing to flyer — and nothing between your rifling and the bullet.
• Engineered expansion: A .235″ hollow point with six precision-machined skives splits the zone-annealed nose into controlled petals, while the hard base keeps driving. 1.13″ recovered diameter / 98.5% weight retention.
• Match-grade machining: Lathe-turned one at a time from C145 tellurium copper bar. Overall length held to ±.005″, weight held to 378 grains ±2 within a lot. Same bullet, every bullet.
• Dual driving bands: A .500″ front band and .501″ rear band engage the rifling and seal the bore without sizing the whole bullet — easier loading, consistent engraving.
• Lead-free: Solid copper meets lead-free requirements. Always confirm your state’s muzzleloader regulations before the season.

Other modeled loads: Blackhorn 209, 110 gr vol — 1,700 fps (requires 209 conversion; not a legal ignition system in Oregon muzzleloader seasons). Pyrodex Select, 100 gr vol — 1,510 fps. GOEX FFg, 110 gr vol — 1,420 fps. Never exceed your rifle manufacturer’s maximum charge; work up from reduced loads.
